Pia Mancini is a political scientist and open source advocate who co-founded Argentina’s Net Party and DemocracyOS — the most widely used open source platform for voting and political debate. She also chairs the Democracy Earth Foundation, which focuses on rethinking democracy in the 21st century. Most recently, Mancini co-founded Open Collective which provides a turnkey platform for funding open source projects.
